Attorney Richard J. Joyce and his firm defend people facing criminal charges at the state, county, and federal court levels. Attorney Joyce formerly held the position of Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Pittsburgh and Assistant Chief in the City of Pittsburgh’s Department of Public Safety.
